سُورَةُ الرَّحۡمَٰن
Ar-Rahmaan
The Beneficent
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنُ
বাংলাকরুনাময় আল্লাহ।
EnglishThe Most Merciful
عَلَّمَ ٱلْقُرْءَانَ
বাংলাশিক্ষা দিয়েছেন কোরআন,
EnglishTaught the Qur'an,
خَلَقَ ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ
বাংলাসৃষ্টি করেছেন মানুষ,
EnglishCreated man,
عَلَّمَهُ ٱلْبَيَانَ
বাংলাতাকে শিখিয়েছেন বর্ণনা।
English[And] taught him eloquence.
ٱلشَّمْسُ وَٱلْقَمَرُ بِحُسْبَانٍۢ
বাংলাসূর্য ও চন্দ্র হিসাবমত চলে।
EnglishThe sun and the moon [move] by precise calculation,
وَٱلنَّجْمُ وَٱلشَّجَرُ يَسْجُدَانِ
বাংলাএবং তৃণলতা ও বৃক্ষাদি সেজদারত আছে।
EnglishAnd the stars and trees prostrate.
وَٱلسَّمَآءَ رَفَعَهَا وَوَضَعَ ٱلْمِيزَانَ
বাংলাতিনি আকাশকে করেছেন সমুন্নত এবং স্থাপন করেছেন তুলাদন্ড।
EnglishAnd the heaven He raised and imposed the balance
أَلَّا تَطْغَوْا۟ فِى ٱلْمِيزَانِ
বাংলাযাতে তোমরা সীমালংঘন না কর তুলাদন্ডে।
EnglishThat you not transgress within the balance.
وَأَقِيمُوا۟ ٱلْوَزْنَ بِٱلْقِسْطِ وَلَا تُخْسِرُوا۟ ٱلْمِيزَانَ
বাংলাতোমরা ন্যায্য ওজন কায়েম কর এবং ওজনে কম দিয়ো না।
EnglishAnd establish weight in justice and do not make deficient the balance.
وَٱلْأَرْضَ وَضَعَهَا لِلْأَنَامِ
বাংলাতিনি পৃথিবীকে স্থাপন করেছেন সৃষ্টজীবের জন্যে।
EnglishAnd the earth He laid [out] for the creatures.
فِيهَا فَٰكِهَةٌۭ وَٱلنَّخْلُ ذَاتُ ٱلْأَكْمَامِ
বাংলাএতে আছে ফলমূল এবং বহিরাবরণবিশিষ্ট খর্জুর বৃক্ষ।
EnglishTherein is fruit and palm trees having sheaths [of dates]
وَٱلْحَبُّ ذُو ٱلْعَصْفِ وَٱلرَّيْحَانُ
বাংলাআর আছে খোসাবিশিষ্ট শস্য ও সুগন্ধি ফুল।
EnglishAnd grain having husks and scented plants.
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
বাংলাঅতএব, তোমরা উভয়ে তোমাদের পালনকর্তার কোন কোন অনুগ্রহকে অস্বীকার করবে?
EnglishSo which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
خَلَقَ ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ مِن صَلْصَٰلٍۢ كَٱلْفَخَّارِ
বাংলাতিনি মানুষকে সৃষ্টি করেছেন পোড়া মাটির ন্যায় শুষ্ক মৃত্তিকা থেকে।
EnglishHe created man from clay like [that of] pottery.
وَخَلَقَ ٱلْجَآنَّ مِن مَّارِجٍۢ مِّن نَّارٍۢ
বাংলাএবং জিনকে সৃষ্টি করেছেন অগ্নিশিখা থেকে।
EnglishAnd He created the jinn from a smokeless flame of fire.
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
বাংলাঅতএব, তোমরা উভয়ে তোমাদের পালনকর্তার কোন কোন অনুগ্রহ অস্বীকার করবে?
EnglishSo which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
رَبُّ ٱلْمَشْرِقَيْنِ وَرَبُّ ٱلْمَغْرِبَيْنِ
বাংলাতিনি দুই উদয়াচল ও দুই অস্তাচলের মালিক।
English[He is] Lord of the two sunrises and Lord of the two sunsets.
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
বাংলাঅতএব, তোমরা উভয়ে তোমাদের পালনকর্তার কোন কোন অবদানকে অস্বীকার করবে?
EnglishSo which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
مَرَجَ ٱلْبَحْرَيْنِ يَلْتَقِيَانِ
বাংলাতিনি পাশাপাশি দুই দরিয়া প্রবাহিত করেছেন।
EnglishHe released the two seas, meeting [side by side];
بَيْنَهُمَا بَرْزَخٌۭ لَّا يَبْغِيَانِ
বাংলাউভয়ের মাঝখানে রয়েছে এক অন্তরাল, যা তারা অতিক্রম করে না।
EnglishBetween them is a barrier [so] neither of them transgresses.
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
বাংলাঅতএব, তোমরা উভয়ে তোমাদের পালনকর্তার কোন কোন অবদানকে অস্বীকার করবে?
EnglishSo which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
يَخْرُجُ مِنْهُمَا ٱللُّؤْلُؤُ وَٱلْمَرْجَانُ
বাংলাউভয় দরিয়া থেকে উৎপন্ন হয় মোতি ও প্রবাল।
EnglishFrom both of them emerge pearl and coral.
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
বাংলাঅতএব, তোমরা উভয়ে তোমাদের পালনকর্তার কোন কোন অবদানকে অস্বীকার করবে?
EnglishSo which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
وَلَهُ ٱلْجَوَارِ ٱلْمُنشَـَٔاتُ فِى ٱلْبَحْرِ كَٱلْأَعْلَٰمِ
বাংলাদরিয়ায় বিচরণশীল পর্বতদৃশ্য জাহাজসমূহ তাঁরই (নিয়ন্ত্রনাধীন)
EnglishAnd to Him belong the ships [with sails] elevated in the sea like mountains.
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
বাংলাঅতএব, তোমরা উভয়ে তোমাদের পালনকর্তার কোন কোন অবদানকে অস্বীকার করবে?
EnglishSo which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
كُلُّ مَنْ عَلَيْهَا فَانٍۢ
বাংলাভূপৃষ্টের সবকিছুই ধ্বংসশীল।
EnglishEveryone upon the earth will perish,
وَيَبْقَىٰ وَجْهُ رَبِّكَ ذُو ٱلْجَلَٰلِ وَٱلْإِكْرَامِ
বাংলাএকমাত্র আপনার মহিমায় ও মহানুভব পালনকর্তার সত্তা ছাড়া।
EnglishAnd there will remain the Face of your Lord, Owner of Majesty and Honor.
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
বাংলাঅতএব, তোমরা উভয়ে তোমাদের পালনকর্তার কোন কোন অবদানকে অস্বীকার করবে?
EnglishSo which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
يَسْـَٔلُهُۥ مَن فِى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ هُوَ فِى شَأْنٍۢ
বাংলানভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলের সবাই তাঁর কাছে প্রার্থী। তিনি সর্বদাই কোন না কোন কাজে রত আছেন।
EnglishWhoever is within the heavens and earth asks Him; every day He is bringing about a matter.
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
বাংলাঅতএব, তোমরা উভয়ে তোমাদের পালনকর্তার কোন কোন অবদানকে অস্বীকার করবে?
EnglishSo which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
سَنَفْرُغُ لَكُمْ أَيُّهَ ٱلثَّقَلَانِ
বাংলাহে জিন ও মানব! আমি শীঘ্রই তোমাদের জন্যে কর্মমুক্ত হয়ে যাব।
EnglishWe will attend to you, O prominent beings.
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
বাংলাঅতএব, তোমরা উভয়ে তোমাদের পালনকর্তার কোন কোন অবদানকে অস্বীকার করবে?
EnglishSo which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
يَٰمَعْشَرَ ٱلْجِنِّ وَٱلْإِنسِ إِنِ ٱسْتَطَعْتُمْ أَن تَنفُذُوا۟ مِنْ أَقْطَارِ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ فَٱنفُذُوا۟ ۚ لَا تَنفُذُونَ إِلَّا بِسُلْطَٰنٍۢ
বাংলাহে জিন ও মানবকূল, নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলের প্রান্ত অতিক্রম করা যদি তোমাদের সাধ্যে কুলায়, তবে অতিক্রম কর। কিন্তু ছাড়পত্র ব্যতীত তোমরা তা অতিক্রম করতে পারবে না।
EnglishO company of jinn and mankind, if you are able to pass beyond the regions of the heavens and the earth, then pass. You will not pass except by authority [from Allah].
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
বাংলাঅতএব, তোমরা উভয়ে তোমাদের পালনকর্তার কোন কোন অবদানকে অস্বীকার করবে?
EnglishSo which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
يُرْسَلُ عَلَيْكُمَا شُوَاظٌۭ مِّن نَّارٍۢ وَنُحَاسٌۭ فَلَا تَنتَصِرَانِ
বাংলাছাড়া হবে তোমাদের প্রতি অগ্নিস্ফুলিঙ্গ ও ধুম্রকুঞ্জ তখন তোমরা সেসব প্রতিহত করতে পারবে না।
EnglishThere will be sent upon you a flame of fire and smoke, and you will not defend yourselves.
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
বাংলাঅতএব, তোমরা উভয়ে তোমাদের পালনকর্তার কোন কোন অবদানকে অস্বীকার করবে?
EnglishSo which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
فَإِذَا ٱنشَقَّتِ ٱلسَّمَآءُ فَكَانَتْ وَرْدَةًۭ كَٱلدِّهَانِ
বাংলাযেদিন আকাশ বিদীর্ণ হবে তখন সেটি রক্তবর্ণে রঞ্জিত চামড়ার মত হয়ে যাবে।
EnglishAnd when the heaven is split open and becomes rose-colored like oil -
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
বাংলাঅতএব, তোমরা উভয়ে তোমাদের পালনকর্তার কোন কোন অবদানকে অস্বীকার করবে?
EnglishSo which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? -
فَيَوْمَئِذٍۢ لَّا يُسْـَٔلُ عَن ذَنۢبِهِۦٓ إِنسٌۭ وَلَا جَآنٌّۭ
বাংলাসেদিন মানুষ না তার অপরাধ সম্পর্কে জিজ্ঞাসিত হবে, না জিন।
EnglishThen on that Day none will be asked about his sin among men or jinn.
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
বাংলাঅতএব, তোমরা উভয়ে তোমাদের পালনকর্তার কোন কোন অবদানকে অস্বীকার করবে?
EnglishSo which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
يُعْرَفُ ٱلْمُجْرِمُونَ بِسِيمَٰهُمْ فَيُؤْخَذُ بِٱلنَّوَٰصِى وَٱلْأَقْدَامِ
বাংলাঅপরাধীদের পরিচয় পাওয়া যাবে তাদের চেহারা থেকে; অতঃপর তাদের কপালের চুল ও পা ধরে টেনে নেয়া হবে।
EnglishThe criminals will be known by their marks, and they will be seized by the forelocks and the feet.
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
বাংলাঅতএব, তোমরা উভয়ে তোমাদের পালনকর্তার কোন কোন অবদানকে অস্বীকার করবে?
EnglishSo which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
هَٰذِهِۦ جَهَنَّمُ ٱلَّتِى يُكَذِّبُ بِهَا ٱلْمُجْرِمُونَ
বাংলাএটাই জাহান্নাম, যাকে অপরাধীরা মিথ্যা বলত।
EnglishThis is Hell, which the criminals deny.
يَطُوفُونَ بَيْنَهَا وَبَيْنَ حَمِيمٍ ءَانٍۢ
বাংলাতারা জাহান্নামের অগ্নি ও ফুটন্ত পানির মাঝখানে প্রদক্ষিণ করবে।
EnglishThey will go around between it and scalding water, heated [to the utmost degree].
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
বাংলাঅতএব, তোমরা উভয়ে তোমাদের পালনকর্তার কোন কোন অবদানকে অস্বীকার করবে?
EnglishSo which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
وَلِمَنْ خَافَ مَقَامَ رَبِّهِۦ جَنَّتَانِ
বাংলাযে ব্যক্তি তার পালনকর্তার সামনে পেশ হওয়ার ভয় রাখে, তার জন্যে রয়েছে দু’টি উদ্যান।
EnglishBut for he who has feared the position of his Lord are two gardens -
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
বাংলাঅতএব, তোমরা উভয়ে তোমাদের পালনকর্তার কোন কোন অবদানকে অস্বীকার করবে?
EnglishSo which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? -
ذَوَاتَآ أَفْنَانٍۢ
বাংলাউভয় উদ্যানই ঘন শাখা-পল্লববিশিষ্ট।
EnglishHaving [spreading] branches.
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
বাংলাঅতএব, তোমরা উভয়ে তোমাদের পালনকর্তার কোন কোন অবদানকে অস্বীকার করবে?
EnglishSo which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
فِيهِمَا عَيْنَانِ تَجْرِيَانِ
বাংলাউভয় উদ্যানে আছে বহমান দুই প্রস্রবন।
EnglishIn both of them are two springs, flowing.
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
বাংলাঅতএব, তোমরা উভয়ে তোমাদের পালনকর্তার কোন কোন অবদানকে অস্বীকার করবে?
EnglishSo which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
فِيهِمَا مِن كُلِّ فَٰكِهَةٍۢ زَوْجَانِ
বাংলাউভয়ের মধ্যে প্রত্যেক ফল বিভিন্ন রকমের হবে।
EnglishIn both of them are of every fruit, two kinds.
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
বাংলাঅতএব, তোমরা উভয়ে তোমাদের পালনকর্তার কোন কোন অবদানকে অস্বীকার করবে?
EnglishSo which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
مُتَّكِـِٔينَ عَلَىٰ فُرُشٍۭ بَطَآئِنُهَا مِنْ إِسْتَبْرَقٍۢ ۚ وَجَنَى ٱلْجَنَّتَيْنِ دَانٍۢ
বাংলাতারা তথায় রেশমের আস্তরবিশিষ্ট বিছানায় হেলান দিয়ে বসবে। উভয় উদ্যানের ফল তাদের নিকট ঝুলবে।
English[They are] reclining on beds whose linings are of silk brocade, and the fruit of the two gardens is hanging low.
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
বাংলাঅতএব, তোমরা উভয়ে তোমাদের পালনকর্তার কোন কোন অবদানকে অস্বীকার করবে?
EnglishSo which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
فِيهِنَّ قَٰصِرَٰتُ ٱلطَّرْفِ لَمْ يَطْمِثْهُنَّ إِنسٌۭ قَبْلَهُمْ وَلَا جَآنٌّۭ
বাংলাতথায় থাকবে আনতনয়ন রমনীগন, কোন জিন ও মানব পূর্বে যাদের ব্যবহার করেনি।
EnglishIn them are women limiting [their] glances, untouched before them by man or jinni -
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
বাংলাঅতএব, তোমরা উভয়ে তোমাদের পালনকর্তার কোন কোন অবদানকে অস্বীকার করবে?
EnglishSo which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? -
كَأَنَّهُنَّ ٱلْيَاقُوتُ وَٱلْمَرْجَانُ
বাংলাপ্রবাল ও পদ্মরাগ সদৃশ রমণীগণ।
EnglishAs if they were rubies and coral.
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
বাংলাঅতএব, তোমরা উভয়ে তোমাদের পালনকর্তার কোন কোন অবদানকে অস্বীকার করবে?
EnglishSo which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
هَلْ جَزَآءُ ٱلْإِحْسَٰنِ إِلَّا ٱلْإِحْسَٰنُ
বাংলাসৎকাজের প্রতিদান উত্তম পুরস্কার ব্যতীত কি হতে পারে?
EnglishIs the reward for good [anything] but good?
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
বাংলাঅতএব, তোমরা উভয়ে তোমাদের পালনকর্তার কোন কোন অবদানকে অস্বীকার করবে?
EnglishSo which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
وَمِن دُونِهِمَا جَنَّتَانِ
বাংলাএই দু’টি ছাড়া আরও দু’টি উদ্যান রয়েছে।
EnglishAnd below them both [in excellence] are two [other] gardens -
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
বাংলাঅতএব, তোমরা উভয়ে তোমাদের পালনকর্তার কোন কোন অবদানকে অস্বীকার করবে?
EnglishSo which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? -
مُدْهَآمَّتَانِ
বাংলাকালোমত ঘন সবুজ।
EnglishDark green [in color].
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
বাংলাঅতএব, তোমরা উভয়ে তোমাদের পালনকর্তার কোন কোন অবদানকে অস্বীকার করবে?
EnglishSo which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
فِيهِمَا عَيْنَانِ نَضَّاخَتَانِ
বাংলাতথায় আছে উদ্বেলিত দুই প্রস্রবণ।
EnglishIn both of them are two springs, spouting.
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
বাংলাঅতএব, তোমরা উভয়ে তোমাদের পালনকর্তার কোন কোন অবদানকে অস্বীকার করবে?
EnglishSo which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
فِيهِمَا فَٰكِهَةٌۭ وَنَخْلٌۭ وَرُمَّانٌۭ
বাংলাতথায় আছে ফল-মূল, খর্জুর ও আনার।
EnglishIn both of them are fruit and palm trees and pomegranates.
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
বাংলাঅতএব, তোমরা উভয়ে তোমাদের পালনকর্তার কোন কোন অবদানকে অস্বীকার করবে?
EnglishSo which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
فِيهِنَّ خَيْرَٰتٌ حِسَانٌۭ
বাংলাসেখানে থাকবে সচ্চরিত্রা সুন্দরী রমণীগণ।
EnglishIn them are good and beautiful women -
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
বাংলাঅতএব, তোমরা উভয়ে তোমাদের পালনকর্তার কোন কোন অবদানকে অস্বীকার করবে?
EnglishSo which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? -
حُورٌۭ مَّقْصُورَٰتٌۭ فِى ٱلْخِيَامِ
বাংলাতাঁবুতে অবস্থানকারিণী হুরগণ।
EnglishFair ones reserved in pavilions -
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
বাংলাঅতএব, তোমরা উভয়ে তোমাদের পালনকর্তার কোন কোন অবদানকে অস্বীকার করবে?
EnglishSo which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? -
لَمْ يَطْمِثْهُنَّ إِنسٌۭ قَبْلَهُمْ وَلَا جَآنٌّۭ
বাংলাকোন জিন ও মানব পূর্বে তাদেরকে স্পর্শ করেনি।
EnglishUntouched before them by man or jinni -
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
বাংলাঅতএব, তোমরা উভয়ে তোমাদের পালনকর্তার কোন কোন অবদানকে অস্বীকার করবে?
EnglishSo which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? -
مُتَّكِـِٔينَ عَلَىٰ رَفْرَفٍ خُضْرٍۢ وَعَبْقَرِىٍّ حِسَانٍۢ
বাংলাতারা সবুজ মসনদে এবং উৎকৃষ্ট মূল্যবান বিছানায় হেলান দিয়ে বসবে।
EnglishReclining on green cushions and beautiful fine carpets.
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
বাংলাঅতএব, তোমরা উভয়ে তোমাদের পালনকর্তার কোন কোন অবদানকে অস্বীকার করবে?
EnglishSo which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
تَبَٰرَكَ ٱسْمُ رَبِّكَ ذِى ٱلْجَلَٰلِ وَٱلْإِكْرَامِ
বাংলাকত পূণ্যময় আপনার পালনকর্তার নাম, যিনি মহিমাময় ও মহানুভব।
EnglishBlessed is the name of your Lord, Owner of Majesty and Honor.
